አገልግሎቱ
The service
ኪመም ሜትር ታክሲ (KIMEM METER TAXI PLC) በባህር ዳር ከተማ ተሳፋሪዎችን ፈቃድ ካላቸው የሜትር ታክሲ ሾፌሮች ጋር የሚያገናኝ አገልግሎት ነው። መተግበሪያውን በመጠቀም ይህን ውል ይቀበላሉ። ውሉን ካልተቀበሉ መተግበሪያውን አይጠቀሙ።
Kimem Meter Taxi (KIMEM METER TAXI PLC) connects riders in Bahir Dar with licensed meter taxi drivers. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
መለያ
Accounts
- እድሜዎ 18 አመትና ከዚያ በላይ መሆን አለበት።
- የራስዎን ስልክ ቁጥር ይጠቀሙ እና ትክክለኛ መረጃ ያስገቡ።
- መለያዎን ለሌላ ሰው አያስተላልፉ።
- ለማጭበርበር ወይም ለጥቃት የዋለ መለያ ልናግድ እንችላለን።
- You must be 18 or older.
- Use your own phone number and give accurate information.
- Do not hand your account to anyone else.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
ጉዞና ዋጋ
Rides and fares
ጉዞ ከመጀመሩ በፊት የዋጋ ግምት ይታያል። የመጨረሻው ዋጋ በተጓዘው ርቀትና በወሰደው ጊዜ፣ በታወጀው ታሪፍ መሰረት ይሰላል፤ የተፈቀዱ ቅናሾች ይታሰባሉ። ስለዚህ የመጨረሻው ዋጋ ከግምቱ ሊለይ ይችላል።
A fare estimate is shown before the ride. The final fare is calculated from the actual distance and time under the published tariff, with approved discounts applied. The final fare can therefore differ from the estimate.
ክፍያ
Payment
ክፍያ በጥሬ ገንዘብ ብቻ ነው፤ በጉዞው መጨረሻ ለሾፌሩ ይከፈላል። መተግበሪያው የተከፈለውን መጠን ይመዘግባል። የካርድ ወይም የሞባይል ገንዘብ ክፍያ የለም።
Payment is cash only, paid to the driver at the end of the ride. The app records the amount paid. There are no card or mobile money payments.
ስረዛ
Cancellations
ተሳፋሪውም ሾፌሩም ጉዞ መሰረዝ ይችላሉ። ተደጋጋሚ ወይም አላግባብ ስረዛ መለያ እስከ ማገድ ሊያደርስ ይችላል።
Either the rider or the driver can cancel a ride. Repeated or abusive cancellation can lead to account suspension.
ስነ ምግባር
Conduct
ሁሉም ተጠቃሚ ህግን አክብሮ፣ ሌላውን ሳይጎዳ አገልግሎቱን ይጠቀማል። ሾፌሮች የትራፊክ ህግንና የፈቃድ መስፈርቶችን ማክበር አለባቸው።
Use the service lawfully and without harming others. Drivers must follow traffic law and licensing requirements.
ድንገተኛ አደጋ
Emergencies
በመተግበሪያው ያለው የአደጋ ቁልፍ ወደ ኦፐሬተሮቻችን ይደርሳል። ቁልፉን ያለ አደጋ መጠቀም የተከለከለ ነው።
The emergency button in the app reaches our operators. Using it without a real emergency is prohibited.
ተጠያቂነት
Liability
አገልግሎቱ በአውታረ መረብ ሽፋንና በሾፌር መገኘት ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው፤ ባለበት ሁኔታ (as is) ይሰጣል። በህግ ከሚጠበቀው ውጪ ለተዘዋዋሪ ጉዳት ተጠያቂ አንሆንም። የኢትዮጵያ ህግ የማይፈቅደውን የተጠያቂነት ገደብ ይህ ውል አያደርግም።
The service depends on network coverage and driver availability and is provided as is. Beyond what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Ethiopian law does not allow to be limited.
ለውጦች
Changes
ውሉ ሲቀየር በዚህ ገጽ ላይ እናወጣለን። አገልግሎቱን መጠቀም መቀጠል ለውጡን መቀበል ነው።
When these terms change, we post the new version on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the change.

Law and disputes
ይህ ውል በኢትዮጵያ ህግ ይመራል፤ ክርክር በኢትዮጵያ ፍርድ ቤቶች ይታያል። በመጀመሪያ ግን በ kimemtaxi@gmail.com ያናግሩን፤ አብዛኛውን ችግር በቀጥታ እንፈታለን።
These terms are governed by Ethiopian law, and disputes go to Ethiopian courts. Talk to us first at kimemtaxi@gmail.com; we resolve most problems directly.
